Welcome to Husker's Hope!

Husker's Hope is truly a place of Hope and Healing. It is our mission to provide the therapies and treatments, and especially love, to those dachshunds that would otherwise be left without hope.

We bring pups in, from all over the country, who need special therapies and care, in the course of recovering from IVDD related back injuries.

Take a look around, and feel free to contact us with any questions you have.

Read more about Husker's Hope & Husker, the dog, on our About Page.

Read stories about other special dogs that solidified the heart and soul of what Husker's Hope is all about.

Matching Fund

We have been offered a matching-fund donation drive
by a very generous donor. We will keep the drive going until after the first of the year, when Buddy will be ready for his 2nd surgery. This is such a huge blessing, as it will help us not only cover all of Buddy's medical needs, but cover the needs of all the Hooligans, and pay off our current bill!
